With our attention to detail and eye for design, this process is a breeze for you.

    1. Reach out and schedule a discovery call with us to tell us about your needs. We’ll also share our process.

    2. Questionnaire and/or send materials and finish samples directly to the client.

    3. Either meet in-person or via zoom to discuss and advise.

    4. Follow-up email.

    Duration: 90 Minutes

Perfect for you when you’re feeling stuck on your next best interior design move and need a little guidance or direction from a pro.

    1. Reach out and schedule a discovery call with us to tell us about your needs. We’ll also share our process.

    2. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send our detailed questionnaires

    3. Once completed, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting to measure the space and take photos.

    4. We’ll send an estimate for approval, and we’ll also nail down the budget and timeline here.

    5. Then we’ll create your mood board to give you a general direction and style of pieces.

      Now the fun part — the design phase.

    6. Procurement phase – we always procure + warehouse + install all styling jobs.

    7. Installation of all items

    8. Walk through with you to ensure everything is perfect

    9. Order and install any additional pieces that were requested at walk through, if necessary.

    Duration: 3 weeks +

Do you already have furniture you love, but need help finalizing your space with the accent pieces? We accessorize your home with artwork, botanicals, window treatments, and more to pull any room together.

    1. Reach out and schedule a discovery call with us to tell us about your needs. We’ll also share our process.

    2. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send our detailed questionnaires

    3. Once completed, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting to measure the space and take photos.

    4. We’ll send an estimate for approval, and we’ll also nail down the budget and timeline here.

    5. Then we’ll create your mood board. This will show the specific large furniture items and large décor items.

    6. Now the fun part — the design phase.

    7. Procurement phase for the large items

    8. Design and procurement for the accessories, window treatments, botanicals, and small artwork.

    9. Install everything!

    10. Walkthrough with you to ensure everything is perfect

    11. Order and install any additional pieces that were requested at walk through, if necessary.

    Duration: 8 weeks +

If you’re looking to re-furnish select rooms or your entire home, this is for you. Especially if you want to be hands-off for the entire process, we can even store + set up your new furniture for you!

 We also design commercial spaces and
short-term rentals like Airbnbs! 

We can do both styling or furnishing projects, but we always include must-have amenities so you give your guests a unique and unforgettable experience they tell their friends about (hello increased profits!).

We are NOT an online e-design service that gives you generic design and leaves you implementing everything on your own.

We’re the exact opposite — we create custom and personalized designs that meet your specific wants and function in the way you need them to. We take it one step further too by offering procurement + installation services for our busy or out-of-area clients so you can be completely hands off (if you want). This means, we order the approved items, store them in our warehouse, and install and place all the items for you at one convenient time. We make our process hands-on by asking our clients the necessary and imperative questions to really understand them and get to know their lifestyle — this creates an environment you continuously pinch yourself over.

Before we even get started, we put your mind at ease and help you enjoy the process by helping you figure out a style you love and presenting you with designs that complement the style you’re envisioning. If you’re not completely sold on the items we curate for you, we will work closely with you to revise everything so you come home to a space you love daily.

Questions about working with Wil + Faye?

Here are answers to some of our most asked questions…

  • We pride ourselves on being able to accommodate a wide range of budgets. We know where to find timeless furniture + decor without compromising quality so we can often save our clients money, even with our design fee. We also have relationships with designer brands and custom furniture, so no matter your budget and style, we can make it happen to find the perfect pieces for your needs.

  • Our fee is dependent on the project scope. But in short, we charge a fixed fee based on our hourly rate. After we have the scope of the project figured out and we’re all on the same page. We estimate how long the total project will take and we bill a fixed fee based on that. This keeps you safe if one task ends up taking longer than we originally anticipated, and it also keeps us on track getting your deliverable quickly and on schedule.

  • This is completely up to you! You can be as involved or uninvolved as you’re comfortable with! If the process is overwhelming to you, feel free to take a step back and let us do our thing. If you want to be there and have a little more input, that’s perfectly fine too. The important thing is that we have clear and open communications throughout.

  • We can totally add items or rooms to the project, even after a contract has been signed. We’re super flexible and open to changes, and don’t mind at all. So don’t worry if you’re not 100% sure on what you’re wanting or needing at this very moment.

  • Our knowledge of our trade can oftentimes save you money in the long run. We know a lot of retailers and manufacturers you may not be aware of. We also have over 30 trade accounts for all budgets that come with discounts, this helps you save from overpaying for pieces at store value!​​

  • Heck yes we do! And because we want to continue growing this business and supporting clients nationally, we’ll even throw in a 10% discount on our design services for out-of-state projects.

  • Yes, we do! I spent 4 years working with strictly commercial spaces (hotels, restaurants, rec centers, gyms, and more).
