She stuck to it almost down to the penny! My home looks FABULOUS! I am so in love. The whole process was really fun and exciting. I love that I could see my home decorated digitally beforehand so I could make changes without having to return a bunch of items. After we got all of the decorations in, I did make some changes, and Brooklynn made that process seamless. She returned all of my items and helped me get the right decor until I was fully satisfied with everything. She is the sweetest soul and will go the extra mile for you! “This was my first time using a designer for anything and with Brooklynn, I absolutely loved the experience. I used her to help me design about four rooms in my new place. First off, the pieces she chose for me and the layout was excellent. They were all within the style that we discussed and she easily made adaptations whenever I had input. Her responsiveness and work ethic was great. Oftentimes texting me back in the evenings or on the weekend. I definitely felt I had someone to rely on and give guidance throughout the entire process. Lastly, I really feel I got great value for my money. She is well trained in design and clearly has way more experience than you would assume based on the number of years she’s been out of design school. It was a small investment relative to the overall cost of furnishings for the house and I think it was a great one. I LOVE everything they did. I am so happy I hired Wil and Faye to decorate my home. I interviewed a few others and decided to work with Brooklynn because prior to me signing a contract she had invested her time to provide a comprehensive outline, pricing and rendering of her vision from our initial conversation. The pricing was so much better than the others I met with.
She stayed within budget, she was responsive and I never waited more than a couple hours for a response. Brooklynn was transparent as to delivery days and kept me up to date real time. They completely decorated my living room, entry, bar area, and bedroom. Added lighting, hardware, and faucet for the kitchen. Added hardware to the bathroom cabinets and painted wall. Added lighting and accessorized the outdoor living space.
I could never had accomplished this project by myself. I know what I like but could not put it all together; much less know where to shop. Not to mention keeping up with all the delivery dates and arrival of the each of the pieces. The design work started early October and the install was mid-January. One day install. So fun to leave the house and come back hours later for the reveal!
I highly recommend Brooklynn and Paula! And we will be using them again for the holiday season to decorate the outside of our house!

Brooklynn was absolutely amazing to work with and I am definitely going to use her team for another project. She is very knowledgable, has a great eye, professional, organized, and great customer service. I worked with Brooklynn for months and what started out as a few rooms turned into adding more rooms because I loved the style. We have had so many people come to our house and are blown away by the style that they wanted to use Wil and Faye as well (and I happily put them in touch!).
