Meet the Founder, Brooklynn

I’ve been passionate about interior design since I can remember. I come from a family of builders, designers, contractors, real estate agents, so I’ve always known I wanted to work in this field. I took that passion with me to TexasTech and after countless all-nighters spent working in the studio, I came out with a degree in Interior design and a minor in architecture.

I started Wil + Faye Interiors after I felt stuck working for design firms that didn’t value ideas or talent as much as seniority. I knew climbing the ladder to the top wasn’t in me and I always wanted to start my own business. Wil + Faye Interiors started as an idea that turned into a passion project and side hustle, and has consistently grown and allowed me to work closely and diligently with my clients to ensure they get everything they want in their design. In the first year of business alone, I’ve had the joy of serving over 30 private clients through this company. The best part is I also got to bring my best friend Paula on board to grow and collaborate with, and the business and love for design has only grown since.

Paula Wil + Fayes Interiors

Meet designer and organization wiz, Paula

Paula and I met at Texas Tech where she pursued a degree in Architecture. Paula has an eagle eye for details and an incredible knack for building items (she built all the furniture in her house from scratch!) so she can personalize pieces without breaking the bank. Paula also has an immense love for travel and has been to 38 countries which means she’s able to infuse cultural design into client projects that have been deeply loved like a Hindu Prayer Nook.

We credit a huge part of our success to the fact that we are best friends first, and deeply respect and trust each other. We each utilize our strengths to make it where we really work as one unit. No matter where the project is or which one of us is leading, we both work on every project together and it’s allowed Wil + Faye to better serve all our clients.

Meet designer and 3D extraordinaire, Ana

Ana joined the team in early 2023 and has made her mark since then. She holds a Masters Degree in Architecture, and lives in Macedonia, which she describes as a small European mountain paradise. Ana has a huge passion for sustainable design and believes strongly that it can greatly impact our lives and can make them better in the present and in the future. As a plant mama who enjoys cooking and has been a proud vegan health nut for 8 years, it’s safe to say she loves plants in the pot and on the plate!

Everyone always asks...

“Where did Wil + Faye come from?”

Wilbur Louis Carney and Faye Robinson are my grandparents. They were the most supportive and kind-hearted people throughout my whole life. I chose to use their names to honor them and share the story of how important they are to me. My family heavily influenced my love for design, not just interiors, but everything from the smallest details to the largest structures — the ideas behind how and why things were made to look and function is a deeply rooted passion of mine.

We know good design can’t come to life if we don’t have transparency, trust, open communication,

That’s why we live our values and heavily value open communication from both parties to build trust every step of the way.
